Proper project management team is required for conduct of clinical trials. The project manager plays critical role in every clinical trial success and acts as primary liaison to the sponsor. Clinexa has a meritorious team for managing clinical trial projects.
Clinexa has adopted a Project Management System through which we have a dedicated single team for a single clinical project and oversee every aspect of clinical trial management. We have well trained and scientifically experienced Clinical Research Associates (CRA’s), Clinical Research Coordinators (CRC’s), Clinical Trial Assistants (CTA’s), all lead by experienced project managers.
